Minimum Order Amount:
You must order at least 6 boxes of Creamies
Shipment Times & Windows:
Your Creamies will be shipped frozen. To help ensure they arrive at your doorstep that way, we ship with several pounds of dry ice and we never ship Thursday – Sunday, or if your shipment will be delayed due to a holiday. Please see below for shipping times based on order placement and type of order being placed
Monday – Wednesday, orders placed before 1PM will be sent the same day.
Wednesday after 1PM – Sunday, orders placed will be sent on Monday.
Monday – Tuesday, orders placed before 1PM will be sent the same day.
Tuesday after 1PM – Sunday, orders placed will be sent on Monday.
Your order is backed by our “Arrive-frozen Guarantee.” Your order is insured, so in those uncommon circumstances that there may be a mishap (such as a delay) on the part of the carrier and your Creamies do not arrive frozen, you are covered. We’ll help reship your order and work with you to do what we can to make it right. We do not accept returns.
