Orders, Shipping, & Delivery Information

We would like to thank you for purchasing Creamies and using our shipping service. We are excited for this opportunity and being able to provide Creamies for all of our ice cream fans. You can read below to learn more about our shipping policy. 

Minimum Order Amount:

You must order at least 6 boxes and maximum of 12 boxes of Creamies at a time.

Shipment Times & Windows:
Your Creamies will be shipped frozen. To help ensure they arrive at your doorstep that way, we ship with several pounds of dry ice and we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Please note that holidays will delay shipments. See below for shipping times based on order placement and type of order being placed

Next-day shipping:

Monday – Wednesday, orders placed before 11AM will be sent the same day.

Wednesday after 11AM – Sunday, orders placed will be sent on Monday.

Two-day shipping:

Monday – Tuesday, orders placed before 1PM will be sent the same day.

Tuesday after 1PM – Sunday, orders placed will be sent on Monday.

Arrive-Frozen Guarantee
Your order is backed by our “Arrive-frozen Guarantee.” Your order is insured, so in those uncommon circumstances that there may be a mishap (such as a delay) on the part of the carrier and your Creamies do not arrive frozen, you are covered. We’ll help reship your order and work with you to do what we can to make it right. We do not accept returns.
